Fukushima MuseumLocated next to Tsuruga-jo Castle, Fukushima Museum is housed in a historic warehouse-style building with white walls. Aizu Sake Historical MuseumThe brewing process and history of Miyaizumi Meijo sake (rice wine) are on public display at this museum. Taste-testing of this superb sake is offered here as well. The pre-brewing process carried out between December and April can be observed at the site. This museum is walking distance from Tsuruga-jo Castle. A collection owned by the Kaishuichi sake brewery. Displays consist of antique screens depicting scenery of the historic castle town, tea ceremony utensils, heirloom dolls, and other extravagant items. Sake can be taste-tested here as well.
