Guri-cha (tea)
Guri-cha is characterized by its unique processing method. Tea leaves are thoroughly steamed to enhance the rich nutrients. This procedure eliminates the bitterness in the tea and brings out the mild smooth flavor. The name was derived from the "guri guri" (curly) shape of the leaves which adopt the form from the steaming process. The beautiful yellow rose colored tea is highly aromatic and has a fresh after taste.
