Procedure
Following are step-by-step guidelines for the support services offered to clients.
1:Testing services
| 1. | Fill out and send the online "Technology Support Services (TSS) application form". |

On receiving the application, the Testing Services staff responds it. A telephone discussion or a meeting may be held, if needed.
a. Entrusted test services :
a-1. The client sends or ships test items to IFC and they are returned after tests are completed.
a-2. The IFC staff runs all tests and reports the test result to the client. a-3. After the client confirms that the results are satisfactory, IFC sends following documents to the client:

b-1. The Client sends or brings test items to IFC. and they are returned after tests are completed.

2:Miscellaneous /other services

A telephone discussion or a meeting may be held, if necessary.
3. The client and IFC enter into a contract agreement for the use of services. 4. The IFC staff runs all tests and delivers the work product and a report to the client. 5. After the client confirms that the test are satisfactory, IFC sends the following documents to the client:
